Returns & Exchanges

At Level One Game Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't level up your style, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items pass inspection.
