“Well, Miss Sybil,” says Leroy Hopper, looking out over the garden, “I think you’ve outdone yourself this year.” His velvety nose sniffs the air heartily—and his stomach rumbles.

“You say that every year, Hopper,” replies Sybil, drizzling sweet dressing over a bed of crisp greens. “Won’t you join us for supper?”

“We’ve got plenty to share,” Basil says, with a wink and a nod.

 

Don’t let the name fool you—this candle is far more enchanting than any tossed greens. It opens with the juicy burst of fresh-cut watermelon, sweet but never cloying. Hints of mint and cooling tomatoes rise next, giving it an almost spa-like freshness. An undercurrent of green stems and subtle florals rounds out the burn, making this scent unexpectedly soothing and invigorating.
